Sony has established itself as being the only manufacture capable of producing a "mini" handset that will actually have flagship specs of its own .The Xperia Z1 , Z3 compact are fine examples of this perfect recipe , and when it was time to launch a new compact smartphone for Japan , Sony went right back to the Z3 compact blueprints and launched a plastic version for Japan called the Xperia A4 . The internal specs are almost the same , sane for the back you still get the same camera specs of 20.7mp for the rear and 2.2 Mp for the front .The phone's main display is also un changed , you still get the 4.6" 720p IPS panel up front and it also carries the IP65/68 water and dust resistance as well .The phone gets it raw power from a 2.5GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 801 SoC , this coupled with 2GB of RAM will ensure that this Lollipop flavored android pocket rocket keep working even with all the new material elements and Sony UI fixes .
