Polaroid sold to shareholder

Polaroid - a company which has been one of the most iconic camera brands of the last century was somewhat rolled off the camera stage since the arrival of digital cameras . The company , which has so far stayed afloat thanks to its Printing paper , camera accessories , optical wear and a few small cameras was mostly under the command of Impossible Project which was also the only company to make film for existing Polaroid cameras after the Minnesota based camera company shut production in 2008 .Now , the largest shareholder of Impossible project - Tycoon Wiaczeslaw (Slava) Smolokowski, has decided to buy the camera company and this might mark a new begining for Polaroid as the camera and the film are effectively under one roof now .
