GoPro Hero 11 Black and GoPro Hero 11 Black mini announced.

  GoPro has announced their latest iteration of their GoPro action cameras - the new Hero 11 and a new successor to the Session lineup - the GoPro Hero 11 mini. GoPro Hero 11 Black - This is basically the successor to last year's Hero 10 Black and like the Hero 10, it improves upon the new chassis design brought by the hero 10 and it features the collapsible action camera mount and color display. The camera sensor (1/1.9") resolution has been bumped up to 27MP and has a 8:7 aspect ratio (photos as well) with settings which allow it to shoot vertical - 9:16 videos for TikTok and 1:1 clips for instagram and the standard 16:9 resolution for everything else. The sensor is capable of shooting 10 bit 5.3K (60fps) and has auto stabilization including horizon lock as well as Hypersmooth 5.0 stabilization first introduced with the Hero 7. DJI Osmo Action 3 announced

  DJI has announced their latest action camera - the Osmo Action 3. The announcement, which falls directly ahead of the upcoming GoPro Hero 11 series, brings a 1/1.7  12MP sensor with a 155 degree lens and f2.8 aperture and shoots 4K 120 fps and 1080p at 240 fps in 16:9 and you can also use horizonsteady to keep footage level but this is cropped to 2.7k@60fps. Other features include rocksteady 3.0 for digital stabilization and there is a quick release style mount which allows the action camera to be placed horizontally or vertically for social media.  The camera is capable of operating in -20c upto 45c and can record upto 160 minutes continuously. The chassis is capable of surviving upto 16m under water without a case and if you plan to use it for vlogging, you can use a variety of accessories including mics with a USB C to 3.5mm attachment and supports fast charging. Apple goes official with iPhone 14, iPhone 14 Pro series , new Apple Watch Ultra and Watch 8, SE and AirPods Pro 2

Poco has announced their latest handsets today - the Poco M5 and M5s for 2022.

Nokia has launched three new Windows 11 based devices - Nokia Purebook Fold, Purebook Lite. and Purebook Pro. The 14.1"  fold and lite series of notebooks come with Intel N6000 Pentium silver chipsets while the 15.6" and 17.3"  Pro series has a Core i3 1220P series of chipset (12th gen) and all three come with 1920x1080 IPS panels with 60hz refresh rate and the fold's display is touch enabled.  All models come with 2 x USB-C, 1 x USB-A, audio jack 3.5mm and come with 512GB SSD storage for the pro and 128GB SSD for fold and lite. Honor to launch its Foldable devices for Europe

Honor - an offshoot brand of Huawei is said to bring its Google services enabled (android 12 - Magic UI) handsets to Europe with the announcement that it would bring its new Foldable devices to EU and UK markets.  Currently, Honor plans to launch the Honor 70 - a 6.67" FHD+ phone with a 54mp main and 50mp ultra wide camera  handset powered by a Snapdragon 778G+ 5G processor (launched in June) for GBP 480 or EUR 550 for the base 8/128GB RAM and Storage option or EUR 600 for the 256GB model. Likewise you also get the Honor Pad 8 with a snapdragon 680 Soc and either a 4/128 GB RAM and Storage option or a 6/128GB storage option which retails for GBP 250 EUR 330 and EUR 350 respectively. Amazfit GTR 4 and GTS 4 smartwatches unveiled

Amazfit have unveiled their new GTR 4 and GTS 4 series of smartwatches for 2022. The GTR 4 as the name suggests is the hardcore model with a 1.43" AMOLED 466x466 circular display and has a 475 mAh battery which can last upto 14 days or 25 hours on GPS accurate mode and have two band options - nylon and one made of Fluoroelastomer. The GTS 4 on the other hand has a 1.75" AMOLED watch face with 390x450 px and has a smaller 300 mAh battery which can give it a standby time of 8 days or 16 hours on GPSand has a leather strap option as well. Asus have announced their Zenbook fold - convertible tablet/laptop device which runs off an Intel Core i7 - 1250U and 16GB LPDDR5 ram with Iris Xe graphics and a 1TB NVMe ssd. The device, which has a 17.3" 2560x1920 OLED and a 4:3 aspect ratio could be used with its kickstand as a monitor with a wireless keyboard, laid flat or folded for a laptop type experience with the bottom half with a virtual keyboard or used as a tablet . the device also comes with 2x USB C snd has a 3.5mm headphone jack as well.  Pricing is said to start at $3499. Nokia announces G60 5G, X30 5G, C31 and Nokia T21 tablet

Samsung Galaxy Tab Active4 Pro

Samsung has officially announced their Galaxy Tab Active 4 Pro - a tablet with better protection than your typical vanilla mobile device.  The Active 4 pro is powered by a unspecified %G compatible processor which we believe would be a high end or mid tier Snapdragon Soc and is paired with 6GB of RAM and has 128 GB of storage. The tablet also has microsd expansion. The tablet, unlike its peers, come with IP68 ingress protection, MIL-STD-810 H drop protection as well as a slot for Samsung's S-PEN stylus. Samsung A04S and Galaxy A23 5G announced

Samsung has announced two new handsets to their A series lineup - the A04S and A23. The A04S is powered by Samsung's own Exynos 850 Soc and has 3 GB of Ram and 32GB of storage. The handset has a 90Hz refresh rate HD+ LCD panel at 6.5" and has a U shaped notch with a 5MP resolution sensor and has a 50MP rear camera with a 2MP depth and 2MP macro sensor and it comes with a 5000 mAh battery. The slightly higher specced A23 has a 6.6" FHD+ resolution LCD with 120hz refresh rate and an Infinity V notch with a 8mp camera and comes with a 50MP main camera a 2mp depth and 2mp macro sensor but the device is powered by Snapdragon's 695 5G SOC and has 4GB of ram with 64GB storage. the handset also comes with 5000 mAh's but it has a 25W fast charging ability unlike the 15 of the A04s. Sony Xperia 5 IV - 5G announced

Sony has officially launched their latest iteration of the Xperia series - the Sony Xperia 5 IV - 5G. The phone, which features a 6.1" FHD+ 120 hz OLED display also has HDR enhancement and is protected by a sheet of Gorilla glass Victus. The phone, unlike other modern flagships, does not come with a notch for the front camera and instead has a small bezel where the 12MP 4k capable camera and its sensors sit. The other camera options on this phone include a 24mm equivalent sensor 1/1.7", a 60 mm equivalent telephoto camera and a 124 degree ultra wide camera of which all three are of 12 megapixels. With the exception of the ultra wide, the other two have OIS stabilization and dual pixel PDAF and Zeiss optics.
