Fuji XA-5 Mirrorless camera & the FUJINON XC15-45mm announced

Fuji has officially released the XA-5 mirrorless camera . The new model , designed to fit in to Fuji's XA series of compact mirrorless ILC's brings a 24.2MP APS-C sensor , hybrid AF with phase detection , a tilting 3" Touchscreen and 4K UHD recording all wrapped in a compact body with stylish design cues and colors . The XA-5 features a 24.2MP APS-C sensor with phase detection and hybrid AF , this sensor allows the camera to reach a maximum of ISO 12800 (expandable unto 51200) and it has a electronic shutter capable of 1/32,000. The camera is capable of 4K video recording at 30fps and it also shoots 1080p @60fps . Lomography announces 3 new cameras for their 25th anniversary

Lomography has officially announced 3 new camera models for their 25th anniversary . The new Lomography LC-A 120 , LC-Wide and the LC-A+ are designed to work with 35mm film with the exception of the LC-A 120 which shoots medium format . The LC-A 120 , which is their flagship model , features a 38mm fixed lens with a variable aperture with f4.5 f16 and features a maximum shutter speed of 1/500 and has a hotshot for manual flash support . The LC-A+ on the other hand , shoots the smaller "35mm" full frame film. The camera has a 32mm fixed lens like the 120 , but it has a faster 2.8 aperture which can be dropped down to f16 as well , like the 120 , this too features a hotshot for flash support and has an optical rangefinder-esqe viewfinder . The LC-Wide , designed to work with 35mm film(like the LC-A+) features a wider 17mm fixed lens with an aperture of f4 to f16 . DJI has officially announced their latest drone - the DJI Mavic Air

The  Mavic Air  is DJI's latest mid range drone to fill in the gap between the DJI Mavic and the DJI Spark announced earlier last year . The new drone , designed as a hybrid with the design aesthetics of the Spark and the foldable propellor arms of the Mavic ,gives novice drone pilots a more affordable option that shoots stabilized 4K video for a price thats only a few hundred dollars more than the entry level Spark (which shoots only 1080p) . YI's Horizon VR180 brings 5.7K stereoscopic 3D to the table!

Xiaomi’s YI division has officially announced their new stereoscopic 3D camera - the VR180 . The new camera , designed to capture 5.7K and designed with the help of Google’s VR team (Project Tango!) The camera shoots 5.7K and it even has the ability to do stitching in camera and do live broadcasting via a companion app (Google VR180) . Xperia XA2 , XA2 Ultra and L2 unveiled

XA2's Rear camera structure - (Xperiablog) Sony has officially announced their new mid range lineup for 2018 . The Xperia XA2 , XA2 ULTRA and the L2 sit below their XZ series brethren ,but new spec upgrades make these mid rangers easily capable of taking on phones of their same class . DJI has officially announced their successor to the OSMO Mobile handheld gimbal . The first version , was received positively but it was mostly knocked out by the market due to aggressive pricing by rival companies such as Zhyiun . The new version , priced at a decent $129 brings much needed improvements (more tilt,pan ,rotation angles ) and the ability to shoot hyperlapse stle videos with its built in software . The gimbal has a battery life of 15 hours per charge and you can shoot and charge at the same time thanks to MicroUSB charging . The companion app - available for iOS and Android allows your phone to easily tether via Bluetooth LE . Panasonic GH5s - Panasonic's new Low light monster

Sony has officially released a new zoom lens for their APS-C E-Mount cameras . The new 18-135mm f3.5-5.6 features Sony’s Optical Steady Shot (OSS) as well as a quiet linear motor for silent AF . The lens ,designed for cameras such as the A6000/6300/6500 and possibly a future A5xxx successor will give an equivalent focus range of 27-202.5mm (35mm eqv) . NIKON AF-S NIKKOR 180-400mm F/4E TC1.4 FL ED VR SUPER TELEPHOTO ZOOM

Nikon has officially announced their new Nikkor 180-400mm f4E TC1.4 FL ED VR super telephoto lens . The new glass ,which comes with a rather long name tag actually the first to feature a 1.4x teleconverter built in . The teleconverter , which extends the range of this already extreme zoom lens will give a 252-560mm eqv field of view on a FX system or 378-840mm on a DX camera (with the 1.4x teleconverter on) . The F4 aperture , which is excellent for such super-zoom lenses also has a 9 bladed aperture inside and a 4 stop VR compensation . DJI has officially announced the RONIN S - a handheld gimbal designed to take on similar systems from Zhyiun and Feiyu and many others . The gimbal , designed with large Mirrorless and DSLR cameras in mind (example 5Dmk4 / A7 series cameras) uses brushless motors to stabilize any device connected to DJI’S cradle mounting plate . The gimbal , equipped with an axis lock to stop the gimbal from rattling around during setup .
