That was crazy ....lets do that again on the 17th of November - OnePlus

Buying(Pre ordering) a OnePlus One without a invite was made possible when OnePlus announced that they will be offering a chance for buyers to go invite free and order their phone in a 1 hour gap , but apparently the traffic was so severe , OnePlus extended the offer to 3 hours but their servers still crashed  to many eager buyers due to the amount of traffic , OnePlus - the company behind the OnePlus One ,acknowledged the server crashes and said that “This is certainly not how we wanted to kick off our first ever pre-order”. After the statement of apology , the company went on to notify eager buyers that the game is not over yet , and that they are planning to open the taps on the 17th of November , but next time the company is probably going to be ready for the onslaught of potential buyers . Oppo to launch two smartphones on the 29th of October

Oppo N3 with a plain and simple finish  Oppo's N3 is probably one of the worst kept secrets of all time , the phone's design , camera and basically the entire spec sheet is already leaked out by now , but the biggest mystery was its launch date , and now Oppo has finally made the launch date official , and to celebrate it , they released this teaser photo showing not one , but two smartphones on stage . Oppo with a better finish and a swivel head  According to many inside sources , the two smartphones are both Oppo N3's the major difference between the two is their design philosophy , the first Oppo N3 has a more luxurious feel and a swivel camera head  and the second one has a more traditional Oppo look . Both phones were leaked and if you compare the photos to the ones behind the stage the leaked photos will surely look very legitimate indeed . A recap on the Oppo N3's specs shows us that this is going to be the company's new flagship ,

Nokia is no more .......say hello to Microsoft - Lumia

A few days ago , We posted a article about Microsoft taking over the Nokia brand and replacing it with their own , this however is not new as rumors about the brand going under was there from the day the once proud phone company actually was sold off to the Redmond giant . Today we have some news that puts the final nail to the Nokia coffin , Microsoft and Nokia has officially confirmed that the brand name will be replaced in a way that looks like the sample shots we got here . News provided by Microsoft tells us that they are planning to go ahead with "Microsoft Lumia " with the old brand scrubbed off . This move is not sudden because Microsoft was already running beta on the conversion , first phase eradicated all of Nokia's former "featurephone - Asha" and "Android based smartphone divisions along with the majority of its staff and factories , the companies website(s) were also diverted to Microsoft and so now if you go visit a particular model ,

LG Announces NUCLUN Processor , runs inside new "G3 Screen" phablet

Yesterday , we posted a article about LG launching a new processor and a phone called the LG Liger , today LG has made the phone and its chipset official . Great Scott! this Kickstarter project can actually fly...

Always wanted to fly on a hoverboard? well Kickstarter has a project that just might work for you and your inner Marty McFly , presenting the Hendo Hoverboard ,this weird looking apparatus is probably the best example of science at work . The hoverboard features 4 "Engines" which are essentially 4 strong downward facing electromagnets that create a repulsion when it comes into contact with a non iron or steel metal surface ,this effect in return causes the board to lift ,but sadly the board will only levitate if its on top of such a surface ,and therefore the board will not work outside which is a bummer considering that your plans of becoming the next silver surfer are ruined . But fear not , this technology is still at its infancy , but till the technology matures , users can expect to move in directions thanks to a system that will increase and decrease intensity in order for you to move faster , the lack of friction between the two surfaces means that you can basically tr

2013 Nexus 7's going cheap - limited time offer

When it was launched , the 2013 Nexus 7 was one of the must - have Android tablets of its era , although it is now succeeded by the Nexus 9 , the Nexus 7 is still a capable and a portable and now a much affordable option thanks to its limited time offer price cut . The 2013 Nexus 7 (Wifi Only 16GB) is going down for $139 on Yugster . And if you are wondering why the tablet is going so cheap , well the tablets sold are said to be ASUS Refurbished products , these products were previous returns or factory items that didn't pass QC and they were  serviced to brand new condition and repackaged and sold for much cheaper (kind of like Apple's Refurb iPads) The offer is only valid for another half a day so make sure to get one before the time runs out Click here to visit Yugster

LG's Liger gets benchmarked , and leaked ahead of launch

LG has been working on their own processor for some time , the company , which anounced their plans of making a processor called "Odin" are now said to launch it inside LG's latest phablet called the LG F490L Liger . The Chipset , which is said to use Arm's Big Little design architecture , employs 4 Cortex A15 cores and 4 A7 cores for low power usage , according to preliminary benchmarks the chipset is not really "that impressive" and it sits well below the current crop of high end smartphones .But ,considering that the Liger only has a 1080p resolution on its 5.9" display, a 3000mAh battery and a 13mp rear camera without LG's flashy Laser autoficus  its probably not designed to be a killer smartphone after all ,and even if the benchmarks are low , its still a worthy adversary for all mid range devices once it launches soon .
