One Plus One is finally official , the phone ,made by OnePlus is one of the
most anticipated devices of the year . The phone was brought into the limelight
mainly because of its ultra high end specs and its promise of a price of less than $400,
and as of now , the phone does live up to both those promises and the oneplus in fact costs
less than half of a equivalent smartphone with the same specs .
The phone at first glance looks a lot like the Oppo find 5 , and that is because OnePlus was founded by ex-Oppo employees.the polycarbonate backplate is removable and it can be swapped for a more unique one made of denim, wood or kevlar . The Oneplus features a 401 ppi - 5.5" Full HD LTPS-IPS display made by JDI and it features Cyanogenmod 11S which is a custom build of Android 4.4 Kitkat . The phone features a Quadcore Snapdragon 801 (8974AC) chipset clocked to 2.5GHZ and it has 3GB of LPDDR3 RAM . the phone features a 13MP Sony IMX214 sensor with 6 lenses and f2.0 aperture , the phone has 4K video recording and has a shutter speed of 0.3Seconds . The front camera will be of a 5 megapixel variant with a wideangle lens. The stereo speakers on the OnePlus One is made by JBL so the audio quality is probably going to appeal to many audiophiles , The phone company has added a 3100mAh which is quite good considering that this phone is a beast, sadly the battery is non removable although the back covers are swappable . The phone will feature 4G in all versionss and is said to go on sale for $299 for the 16GB version and $349 for the 64GB version , both versions will launch during Q2 of 2014 with Q2 with Austria, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany,Hong Kong, Italy, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Taiwan, UK and the USA getting it first. OnePlus will launch the device in other countries soon after .
For what it is , the One Plus One certainly delivers its promise , the cost to spec ratio blows its rivals out of the water , so if you are one of those phone buffs who wan't good specs for a affordable-off contract price , the OnePlus One is a good phone to consider buying .
