If you were a 70's kid, you would have remembered a famous computer company named Commodore , the company ,which went out of business in the mid 90's but apparently the brand is still not dead as two Italian businessmen have recently snatched up rights for a London based company called "Commodore business machines" which has now released a Commodore branded smartphone . The Commodore PET , a name which was popularized by the 40 year old PC which had a 1Mhz processor and 4KB of ram has now popped on the back of a Smartphone which is also named the "Commodore PET" .The Commodore PET smartphone , unlike its unrelated sibling runs on a 64bit Mediatek 1.7Ghz Octa core processor and has 2GB of RAM for the 16GB model and 3GB of ram for the 32GB model .Both phones feature 1080p displays and has Corning gorilla glass protection .The rest of the phone includes a Sony made 13MP sensor , a 3000 mAh battery and a VICE C64 and AMIGA emulator which will let you run classic games like Miner 2049’r ,ZORK and M.U.L.E . The 16GB Commodore PET costs $300 and the 32GB Model costs $365 .
