Lily - a Kickstarter based newcomer to the world of drones has apparently been hit with a major blow after the company anounced that they would cancel their "throw and go" Lily drone -which is designed to follow the user once the drone is thrown upwards .The company , which has apparently made a whooping $34 million on pre orders for the smiling prototype were apparently using a professional DJI inspire to film the videos and are now apparently facing legal action for producing a fraudulent video as well, .The company however stated that they will refund all their customers in weeks to come , which is probably a good move as the upcoming lawsuit will probably run them dry.
