Nokia is back -well sort of (The name badge Nokia is now owned by HMD Global - Finland and Foxconn) .The company has officially launched the first of their post-Microsoft smartphones -The Nokia 6 .
The Nokia 6 is made with a single block of 6000 series aluminium which is shaped into the unibody design using a 55 minute cutting process . The design however may not be appeal to everyone as it features a stock design with only Nokia branding on the top LCD and back to set them apart from a sea of similar smartphones .The phone has a 5.5" 1080p LCD display and it is protected by corning gorilla glass designed in a 2.5D curved design .
The Nokia 6 features a 16MP rear camera with F2.0 aperture and a new PDAF autofocus system .Not much about the camera is explained , but HMD explains that it will allow for sharper images .The phone features a 8mp front camera up front
The new Nokia 6 is powered by Qualcomm's Snapdragon 430 Soc , this features a Adreno 505 GPU and has 4GB of RAM .The processor however is a midrange one , but considering that this is not the flagship Nokia hopes to launch this year , it might look alright as the asking price is just $245 .Sadly the phone will currently be available only in China .
