UHS III standard will bring SD cards with an insane 624Mb/s

SD card association has announced the worlds fastest SD card speed with the announcement of the UHS III standard which is currently double the speed of UHS II cards which cap out at 300MB/s . The new standard , which brings bus speeds of 624MB/s , according to them , will be for future Virtual Reality systems (VR) and 8K recording devices .
As for now , Current cameras and memory devices will support only UHS II speeds and therefore will be unable to take full advantage of the card , but future devices which will record 6K and 8K will surely have support for them .
