Canon has pulled the plug on 3 lenses , the three lenses , which have served numerous photographers through their active service period have now reached an end as their successors , except for the Green ring 70-300 DO provide better optics and faster AF . This does mean that the possibility of getting one repaired may be out , but picking up one for a good price will be possible .
