DJI has officially announced their successor to the OSMO Mobile handheld gimbal . The first
version , was received positively but it was mostly knocked out by the market due to
aggressive pricing by rival companies such as Zhyiun . The new version , priced at a decent
$129 brings much needed improvements (more tilt, pan ,rotation angles ) and the ability to shoot
hyperlapse stle videos with its built in software . The gimbal has a battery life of 15 hours per
charge and you can shoot and charge at the same time thanks to MicroUSB charging . The
companion app - available for iOS and Android allows your phone to easily tether via Bluetooth
LE . The gimbal will ship starting on the 23rd of January and will sell via DJI’s website , Apple
and retailers all over the world (pricing is $129 if you TL:DR)
