Samsung has announced its commitment for wearable devices in the form of its own Wear OS UI named the One UI watch. The new interface, which is built upon Android for Smartwatches - Wear OS, brings a refined experience and more apps to Samsung's future wearables as it says good bye to Tizen OS for its smartwatches.
The new interface design, demoed and announced alongside Samsung's Knox and security features at their MWC 2021 livestream. The new UI and Wear OS is said to be available in the next Samsung Galaxy Watch 4 and it will feature tight integration with Google services such as music, maps and notifications more than previous Tizen based watches of the past.
Samsung is expected to launch the Galaxy watch 4 in August.
