According to leaks, Samsung is preparing to launch a replacement for the Galaxy Tab A7 in the form of the Tab A8 which wont improve much over the older model , but still a viable option for anyone who wants a decent Android tablet. The new model, which like its predecessor will continue to have its 10.4” 2000x1200 LCD display and it will also pack an 8MP rear sensor like the previous model as well as a 5MP front one. As usual, USB C, a headphone jack and quad speakers will be present along with a option for both a WIFI and 4G variant. Although the Snapdragon 662 Chipset may receive a boost (hopefully), the ram and storage options are still rumored to be 3GB RAM with 32GB storage for the base model and 4GB/64GB for the top tier one. Apart from a cosmetic upgrade to the A7, the A8 will surely come with Android 11 out of the box and is expected to launch somewhere in October.
