The OnePlus One is a upcoming handset from a startup company created by ex-Oppo employees , the phone as we mentioned earlier is aimed at around $400 with some serious flagship specs and looks . Details about the phone is sketchy , and OnePlus has surely made a great effort to keep the device under lock and key away from prying eyes of leakers , but now , with the device set for a April 28 launch , the company has revealed more specs about the device . According to the announcement , the phone is said to feature a 2.45 Ghz Quad-core Snapdragon 801 8947AC chipset which as most of you know by now , is found in the Samsung Galaxy S5 , the Xperia Z2 and the HTC M8 (the Xperia Z2 and the M8 feature Snapdragon 801 chipsets but are of a slower frequency) . The phone is said to have 3GB of RAM , a 13MP rear camera from Sony and a sealed battery of 3100mAh's . The phone , as previously leaked , is smaller than most other 5" smartphones today all the while featuring a a 5.5" 1080p display, the phone will be powered by Cyanogenmod 11s which is a modified build of Android 4.2.2 KitKat . Overall the phone is said to deliver flagship specs for a reasonable price , so it is really worth the wait (until the 28th of this month that is )
