Intex isn't exactly a well known brand ,but that doesn't mean that they arn't trying their luck with smartphones . The new Intex Aqua T2 is probably the world's cheapest Android smartphone at $44 . The Aqua T2 features a dual core processor and Android 4.4 out of the box .
