Panasonic has launched a new affordable handset called the Eluga 1 , the phone , like most Panasonic smartphones today is aimed at the developing smartphone markets so don't expect to see it on carriers outside Asia . The phone costs $117 , which is a decent price for a 5" smartphone that has a Quadcore processor and 8mp rear camera . The phone will go on sale starting from India at INR 10,400 ($117)
