Tamron 18-400mm F/3.5-6.3 Di II VC HLD

Tamron has officially announced their 18-400mm F3/5-6.3 zoom lens .The lens , which is designed with APS-C crop sensor camera systems in mind ,competes directly with OEM kit lenses by offering more reach than equivalent lenses which usually hit the ceiling at around 300mm .

Being a one stop shop travel lens for novice shooters , the lens is designed with moisture resistance seals so you don't have to worry about taking this kit on your next vacation . The 16 element construction , which is arranged in 11 groups also has an electronic diaphragm which will allow Canon and Nikon cameras to control the iris functions faster . The lens also has 2.5 stops of vibration reduction and thereby allow the new drive mechanism - HLD - high/low torque modulated drive motor to achieve faster AF tracking with minimum noise .

Priced at $649 , the new Tamron 18-400mm F/3.5-6.3 Di II VC HLD will ship by the end of July on both Canon and Nikon platforms .

Apple has announced their latest iteration of the iPad (entry level model) and the iPad Pro lineup with the new M2 processor.
