Canon has basically stepped up their game when it comes to its new RF mount. The new EOS R3- which is said to be Canon's Mid level Professional body camera which will kind mirror the existing 7D DSLR lineup in functionality and pave the way for an eventual flagship EOS R which would mirror the 1DX as the king of sports-action and wildlife. The EOS R3 specifications are not official as of yet, but we suspect it to carry commonly found features such as dual pixel AF and a Stacked sensor design as well as a perviously unavailable Eye-control AF which lets the camera move focus by tracking the user's eye (The last Canon cameras to feature this technology was released in the 80s) allowing users to track and shoot moving objects - an indication that this camera is somewhat of a Mirrorless full frame 7D equivalent (minus the APSC sensor) . The R3 is also said to feature a rugged design as well as full weather sealing and retail for around $6000 at launch. Till such time, enjoy these latest leaks thanks to Nokishita-Camera.
