Motorola Moto X Style unveiled

Motorola has unveiled a new smartphone called the Moto X Style - this is basically a upmarket version of the Moto X series with design in mind ,( this is basically a new product category )  the unlocked phone - available with a thin curved body features removable panels which are available in leather , wood and of course metal , this phone , powered by the Snapdragon 808 processor and 3GB of RAM is also one of the first Motorola phones to feature universal LTE which lets you pop in any sim of your choice as the device ships unlocked .

The phone features a 5.7" LCD display with a resolution of 2560x1440 (2K) resolution , this also has Gorilla glass protection .The display occupies 76%of the phones real estate so the overall footprint of the phone is quite "modest" by modern standards .

Camera on the phone is said to be a  21MP sensor with dual tone flash , this records 4K video and has a HDR record function , you also get Optical image stability as well as a f2.0 aperture for more light
There is a 5MP front facing camera for all you selfie lovers out there .

Processing power comes in the form of a Snapdragon 808 , this is a 6 core chipset that is clocked to 1.8Ghz and therefore the performance might be in the same ballpark as the LG G4 . The reason to add a 808 chip is probably due to the consumer concern the Snapdragon 810 brought on during the past few months , whatever it is the 808 will surely fly with the included 3GB of RAM and 16/32/64GB storage with MicroSD card support .The battery on the phone is a non removable 3000mAh unit with turbocharging which gives 10 hours of talk time from 15 minutes of charging - a feature that is 50%faster than rival fast charging technologies

Overall the Moto X style mainly focuses on bringing style to the Motorola lineup , the previous generation really put the phone name into the flagship category and the new phone will keep that tradition of adding customizable back covers ,high res displays and Motorola's unique voice assistant features neatly wrapped in a ultra thin design . Pricing for the new Moto X starts at $399 with availability starting in September .

HTC One to sell as TD 101 at China Mobile

HTC decided to invest in such a brand by launching the One series of smartphones last year, although the company was not able to impose its own product names to certain carriers. Then, just a few days ago, the company launched the HTC One, which is going to be the company’s only One-branded handset this year, a make-or-break kind of project for the Taiwanese Android maker that’s still having a tough time fighting against the competition, especially Samsung. We were under the impression that HTC will further invest in its One brand and not budge to carrier demands anymore when it comes to changing the name of the product – in the U.S., AT&T, Sprint and T-Mobile are going to sell it as the HTC One. But it looks like things aren’t necessarily so, and no, it’s not Verizon that’s going to get its way selling the One as the Droid DNA Plus, as it was recently rumored. We’re looking at China Mobile this time around, which has announced the HTC One as the HTC TD 101. That’s certa
