Nvidia has announced a new tablet with a focus on becoming more of a gaming console rather than  a standalone tablet .The tablet , named as JDX S192 is known as "Retro" and this is probably due to the fact that the internals are almost the same as the Nvidia K1 tablet .The retro tablet , armed with 2GB of RAM and a Quadcore  K1 Soc is somewhat old school in this day and age but the fact that it runs Android 4.2.2 Jellybean means that the device lives up to its Retro name indeed .The tablet features a 7" 1920x1080p IPS display , 32GB of storage and a massive 10,000 mAh battery along with a 13mp main snapper at the back .The tablet is said to go on sale starting May 6th for GBP 220 ($316). LeEco - A Chinese electronic manufacturer previously known as LePhone is now stepping into  the automotive world with its first concept electric tesla rival - the LeSee . The car , a first for the  company since they started backing the Farady Future Hypercar concept in January  is now set out to develop a 130 mph sedan with autonomous driving . The car , which allows a private space for its passengers is also said to feature a folding steering system which collapses when the autonomous mode kicks in .The future of this car  howver is not decided yet , but with LeEco testing the automotive waters with its deal with Faraday concept and their deal with Aston Martin , we might see some e- drive vehicle from this manufacturer in the coming future . Project Astoria , a developer bridge tool which allows developers to port Android apps to Windows (phone) has officially been canceled . The tool kit , announced along side Microsoft's Project islandwood (a tool to easily port iOS apps) at Microsoft's 2015 Build conference promised a quick and easy solution to address Windows Phone's app crisis . If it went into effect , Project Astoria would allow developers to re use some of the Android code and optimize it to run on Windows phone , currently Windows phone devices have around 500,000-700,000 apps and many prominent apps are still not available on the platform . Although the move would have address some of the apps to be re packaged , the lack of interest and the complexity in maintaining Project Astoria meant that it was a dead duck since its conception .
