HTC has been collecting profits and reputation  in the Global smartphone market thanks to the HTC One M8 , which is one of the top smartphones of the year ,Although the recent quarter profits leveled the earlier chain of losses , HTC is determined in taking home that advantage by launching attractive handsets for "affordable" prices in Strategic regions such as Asia ,and with the new HTC Desire 616 , the company hopes to do just that . Priced at $240 , the phone at first thought looks rather expensive , but we have to keep in mind that the price is a conversion figure from converting 298 Singaporean dollars into US$ so taxes may be included . The Desire 616 is said to be available only in the Asian region so don't expect to see it popping into a network carrier in Europe or North Am.
