Asus Fonepad 7 with Android 5.0 unveiled

Asus has launched a Android Lollipop  equipped Fonepad 7 to its highly popular Tablet -phone lineup . The new FE375CL is said to run the latest version of Android (5.0) and feature 4G LTE connectivity out of the box . The new Fonepad is said to feature a Intel Atom Z3530 1.Ghz Quadcore processor and 2GB of RAM . The device has 8/16GB of storage along with a expandable slot . The device is said to go on sale in Taiwan first (for around $250)  and eventually reach other markets soon. Asus unveils new Fonepad 8 ,MemoPad 7 and MemoPad 8 at Computex 2014

Asus unveiled 3 new intel powered tablets at Computex 2014, The tablet trio compose of 2 Memopads and the 3rd generation successor of the Asus Fonepad , which is a tablet with cellular voice capabilities Asus Fonepad 8 The Fonepad 8 is the latest successor to the Asus Fonepad lineup , the tablet has a 720p resolution IPS panel at 8" which is a major upgrade to the lineup as the two previous versions just had 7" ones . The tablet/phone has a 1.8Ghz Intel z3360 quadcore processor , 3G , and front facing stereo speakers . the Fonepad 8 also has dual sim support . more specs and official pricing will be revealed later Asus MemoPad 7/MemoPad 8 These two tablets were launched along side the Asus Fonepad 8 at Computex 2014 , Android 4.4 tablets feature Intel ATOM processors which make them some of the latest devices to join the 64bit mobile club . Computex 2013 - ASUS Fonepad Note (Update)

At its Computex 2013 press conference in Taipei, ASUS has just announced a new 6-inch smartphone/tablet hybrid device. The Fonepad Note is a 6-inch device with pen input, powered by an Intel Atom Z2560 CPU, with 2GB of RAM and a 1080p iPS display. Like the HTC One and many Samsung Galaxy Tabs,  the Fonepad Note has front-facing stereo speakers. It's also packing an 8-megapixel rear camera and 1.2 In terms of connectivity, it looks like you're topping out at DC-HSDPA (42Mbps) speeds. On the software side, ASUS is boasting custom software to take advantage of the bundled stylus. No word on availability just yet, but we imagine the Fonepad Note will be headed primarily to Europe and Asia in the months ahead.
