Xiaomi's Redmi division has announced a new handset named the Redmi 10 Prime. The handset - marketed to the Indian market brings a 6.5" LCD with FHD+ resolution and 90hz refresh rate and is powered by a Mediatek Helio G88 chipset with 4/6GB of RAM with 64/129GB of onboard storage. The camera modules consist of a 8MP front, a 50MP rear with a 8MP ultrawide sensor, 2MP macro and 2MP depth sensor. The phone has 18W fast charging and has a 6000 mAh battery and it ships with Android 11 out of the box with prices set for INR12499 for the base model and INR 14499 for the top tier GB/128GB model and will ship on the 7th of September.
