Sony Xperia smartphones are probably one of the best bang for buck smartphones on the market now , the company , which launched some hit singles like the Xperia Z2 , Z3 and Z3 compact last year has shown some market growth and profits ,but with Sony's interest in profits is said to make the Xperia brand the next smartphone dinosaur . The Sony Xperia brand of smartphones( known previously as as Sony Ericsson) - which started out with the beautiful Windows mobile powered Xperia X1 exploded into the market with the arrival of Android . the first android powered Xperia devices - which include the fabled Xperia X10 , X8 and the X10 mini were plagued with mostly software problems as Sony literally took a back seat in terms of dishing out updates , due to factors such as this and blunders like avoiding front facing cameras until the end of the Xperia Arc caused many customers to turn to rival products , Sony also had a issue of launching two flagships every year , this ,combined with So...

Facebook will track what you search on the internet - all for the sake of advertising

Online privacy is virtually extinct in this time and age , but that doesn't mean that companies can use that excuse and continue spying at their own will , take Facebook for example , the social media company which has connected billions of users are now on apparently using tracking cookies to mine some more money for the sake of advertising . Facebook - who will ultimately profit from this endeavor states - "When we ask people about our ads, one of the top things they tell us is that they want to see ads that are more relevant to their interests.” which is kind of a funny excuse because more and more users install software like Adblock to get rid of the same menace Facebook describes of .To sum it up , there is no turning back ...

Danish Government sue Microsoft with $1Billion tax notice

The Danish government is reportedly chasing down Microsoft for nearly a billion dollars in missing tax revenue, stemming from its purchase of Viking accountancy software firm Navision. According to local media outlet DK, the Danish authorities have begun what could be the largest tax case in the country's history, involving Microsoft's actions after it bought the accountancy software firm Navision for $1.3bn in 2002 and converted it into Microsoft Business Solutions. The deal was opposed by accountancy software firm Sage as likely to be harmful for competition, but it was approved nontheless. According to sources in the Danish tax ministry, Microsoft then started work on finding ways around Denmark's notoriously high taxes. According to the report, Microsoft sold the rights to Navison's code to its Irish subsidiary, which in turn is owned by Redmond offshoots in the Virgin Islands and Bermuda. This allowed Redmond to redirect revenues back into its corporate co...
