Honor - an offshoot brand of Huawei is said to bring its Google services enabled (android 12 - Magic UI) handsets to Europe with the announcement that it would bring its new Foldable devices to EU and UK markets.  Currently, Honor plans to launch the Honor 70 - a 6.67" FHD+ phone with a 54mp main and 50mp ultra wide camera  handset powered by a Snapdragon 778G+ 5G processor (launched in June) for GBP 480 or EUR 550 for the base 8/128GB RAM and Storage option or EUR 600 for the 256GB model. Likewise you also get the Honor Pad 8 with a snapdragon 680 Soc and either a 4/128 GB RAM and Storage option or a 6/128GB storage option which retails for GBP 250 EUR 330 and EUR 350 respectively. Honor is also set to sell its Honor Magicbook 14 series of laptops with a Core i5-12500H base option EUR 1099 which could be configured with a discrete Nvidia RTX2050 for EUR 1299 and a Ryzen 6000 series powered model may be in the horizon as well. Samsung has officially announced their Galaxy Tab Active 4 Pro - a tablet with better protection than your typical vanilla mobile device.  The Active 4 pro is powered by a unspecified %G compatible processor which we believe would be a high end or mid tier Snapdragon Soc and is paired with 6GB of RAM and has 128 GB of storage. The tablet also has microsd expansion. The tablet, unlike its peers, come with IP68 ingress protection, MIL-STD-810 H drop protection as well as a slot for Samsung's S-PEN stylus. The tablet also has a userreplaceable battery and is rated for 7600 mAh battery as well as a special POGO pin socket for charging. and bringing in some nostalgia from the past, the tablet also has Samsung's older design home and multitask keys as buttons and a main button with a fingerprint sensor sitting on a thick bezel around a 10.1" 1920x1080 display. Sony has officially launched their latest iteration of the Xperia series - the Sony Xperia 5 IV - 5G. The phone, which features a 6.1" FHD+ 120 hz OLED display also has HDR enhancement and is protected by a sheet of Gorilla glass Victus. The phone, unlike other modern flagships, does not come with a notch for the front camera and instead has a small bezel where the 12MP 4k capable camera and its sensors sit. The other camera options on this phone include a 24mm equivalent sensor 1/1.7", a 60 mm equivalent telephoto camera and a 124 degree ultra wide camera of which all three are of 12 megapixels. With the exception of the ultra wide, the other two have OIS stabilization and dual pixel PDAF and Zeiss optics. It's no secret that Android is the most saturated operating system ever, the variety of applications running the software has caused issues when scaling as manufacturers use a variety of screen sizes when designing their product. But Android does have the ability to scale and since Android 4.0 attempts were made to scale apps accordingly, but with more form factors in the horizon, Google has re-visited the concept and has announced the Android 12L feature update (L for Large).  The new update, which according to Google is said to be targeting the growing Android tablet market and the Chromebook market and it has thereby created new features including improved notification shades, a taskbar with drag and drop support and native multitasking support. Google Pixel 6 Pro A few days back, a few images, claiming to be alleged renders of  the upcoming   Google Pixel 6 and Pixel 6 Pro  were released. After sources claimed that the images were true to the original, many more renders have surfaced  showing both models of the Pixel 6 and Pixel 6 Pro. Specifications are still not available but we predict it to have Google's own silicon underneath. There is sadly no headphone jack(A common feature on all modern phones nowadays) and the Pixel 6 is said to measure around 11.8mm with the camera bump.The display is said to be 6.67" on the pro model and it may contain a telephoto sensor as well. Google officially announced their new Android 12 Beta program today during their Google IO 2021 event (May 18th). The new operating system, which was only available as a insider/developer preview is now available for all Pixel devices from the Pixel 3 right up to the Pixel 5 as well as a few selected Xiaomi, OnePlus devices and one flagship model from TCL, Sharp, HMD Nokia, Asus, Vivo and Realme (See below for a device list) The new Android 12 (beta) brings about a whole new re-design borrowing elements from One-UI, Oxygen Os and some elements from Miui. From new system wide color and custom theme options (called "Material You") to the option of sending apps to a hibernation mode where unused apps could be reduced in size by clearing its permissions and cache.  Security is also said to be a key focus point in Android 12.
