Sony's Playstation 5 has officially passed 10 million units sold - making it the fastest selling Sony Console to date. Although much of its success was hampered by the current pandemic and the Global chip shortage, initial positive reaction and hype around the new RDNA 2 based processor and SSD storage options and the new controllers on the new console did prove to be the winning recipe for the console (even though the design wasn't the best feature of the design). Armed with a plethora of exclusive titles and more titles to come, the demand for the PS5 will surely go upwards during the next few years and if the supply chains get back to normal, the scalper-hyped prices will surely give way for even higher sales figures in the future. Mortal Kombat has been around for a really long time, most of us have surely spend countless hours battling out in single or multiplayer modes until we hit the famous "Finish him" to use combo powers , but now , the fighting series is set to get a refresh with Mortal Kombat X. Microsoft's Xbox One launch has seen some bumps in the road but the company has announced it's already sold more than a million consoles worldwide. Last week, Sony announced the PS4 sold more than one million units in the US and Canada in less than a day, but at this point, Microsoft has not made any such regional distinctions. Samsung Sells 10 million S4's while HTC sells 5 million One's  According to the Wall Street Journal, an unnamed HTC executive has revealed that the company has sold roughly 5 million units of the HTC One since the device went on sale in late March. At this time, orders for the HTC One still exceed HTC’s production capacity, but that issue is expected to be resolved by the end of May. On February 18, Sony dropped the price of its PS Vita in Japan to 19,980 yen ($212) due to lackluster sales. According to the folks over at Joystiq, the price drop has reached parts of the US, with Sony Stores across the nation offering the PS Vita 3G for $199.97. The price is not reflected online, however, and various information was given around the drop According to JoyStiq, they called every Sony Store that was open, and nearly all of them have the PS Vita 3G for the discount price as part of a bundle that includes an 8GB memory card and a free PlayStation Network game.
