Sony has unveiled their latest selfie -centered smartphone in the Xperia C series . Introducing the Xperia C4 . The phone , which packs a powerful front facing camera and front flash is aimed mostly at the purpose of taking selfie photos and a little bit of everything else . The Android 5.0 comes with a 5.5" 1920x1080p IPS display and it is powered smartphone packs a MediaTek MT6752 - a 8 core 64bit processor clocked to 1.7 Ghz along with Mali T760MP2 GPU .The phone has 2GB of RAM ,16GB of onboard storage with MicroSD expansion .The main focus of the phone is taking selfies , so up front we have a 5MP front facing unit with many apps and its very own LED flash .The rear of the phone is a Sony 13MP unit with its own flash . Yesterday , all of us saw some leaked pictures of the alleged "selfie" smartphone called the Sony Xperia C3 , Sony , who also tweeted about the phone being launched today kept true to its word by making the Xperia C3 official . The term selfie is a relatively modern term for the act of taking ones picture , although many modern smartphones have a front facing sensor , most cameras are of poor quality compared to the main camera at the back , Sony however has managed to make the art of selfie its main selling for the Xperia C3 , which is the first smartphone to be equiped with a front facing camera with its own LED flash and built in camera apps .
