USB Stick pc's have been around for quite a while in the Android camp , but sticks running desktop class operating systems are almost non existent until now .Introducing the new Intel Compute Stick - this $150 USB PC stick runs Windows 8.1 (Desktop version) and it has a twin Linux version which costs $90 and features a bit lower spec parts inside . Both models feature  a Micro USB 2.0 port  and a full size USB 2.0 port along with Wifi b/g/n  , Bluetooth 4.0 and a male-HDMI port for fixing the unit to your HDMI capable TV or display . The Windows 8.1 version will have 2GB of RAM  and 32GB of storage while the Linux version will have 1GB of RAM and 8GB of storage .
