LG has unveiled their new flagship for 2015 - the LG G4 , a mighty handset that goes against current smartphone trends with its removable battery , Snapdragon 808 processor and a leather finish that is not polycarbonate First off , the specs , the phone , unlike the rest of the elite handsets goes against the current trend by skipping out on the Snapdragon 810 - a problematic processor that has been accused of overheating  The LG G4 features the slightly lesser powerful Snapdragon 808 - a 6 core chip that features 2 ARM cortex A57's along with 4 Cortex A53 cores . The Soc features a Adreno 418 GPU clocked to 800 mhz . LG G4 and its retail box contents leaked before official debut

LG's G4 is going to go official today , but many eagle eye fans and leakers have gone into over drive in leaking out the device a few hours before the device is set to go live . First off , we have a leak of the official LG G4 retail box - which at first glance looks quite generic , but on the back , full specs of the device are almost listed in full glory . The first words we see on the box are "Qualcomm Snapdragon" - which doesnt hint much at whats ticking inside ,but according to reports , LG has opted to skip the Snapdragon 810 Soc which has been accused of having heat dissipation issues and instead LG is settling on the also 64bit Snapdragon 808 chip for the G4 . The phone is also said to have 32GB of storage and 3GB of RAM , although it is not listed on the box , we recon LG has kept the RAM and storage akin to rival top end smartphones of today . LG's G4 revealed before its official debut , packs a removable battery and leather back

When LG's G4 rumors started out , things like a stylus , sealed high capacity battery and a metal unibody were all said to appear on the device , but today , we can finally drop those rumors as LG G4's official press photos have hit the internet . The photos , which clearly show the G4 in all its glory shows off some of the much needed design features including a back plate which is made out of leather - the plate , unlike its modern smartphone competitors like the Galaxy S6 , One M9 and the upcoming Z4 is removable and this allows you to easily swap the 3000 mAh battery and pop in a MicroSD card slot with ease , and even with a removable cover , the phone has a impressive thickness of just 8.9mm and the rest of the dimensions are 149.1 x 75.3 x 8.9mm making it quite compact even though it has a 5.5" 2560x1440 resolution HD IPS panel. LG's G4 leaks out in full form , stylus onboard?

LG has kept its upcoming G4 under wraps , but renders and press posters of the device were leaked a few times but today we have the device in flesh and blood - more like silicon and glass (thanks to XDA developers) . Presenting the new LG G4 , this handset , like its previous brethren - the LG G2 and G3 will continue the family tradition of rear mounted buttons and curvy designs , but unlike the last iterations , the new G4 is rumored to pack a stylus - which was originally rumored to be only a feature of the "phablet" version which will be released on another time . The G4  leak also shows us that the device in its current form runs Android 5.0.2  along with some heavy UI tweaks .
