Reliance Industries of India has announced a new low-cost smartphone for the Indian market named the JioPhone next. The product, built by Jio in partnership with Google is said to an optimized version of Android Go for the device with features such as Google Camera Go and timely updates and features. Not much information is available as of yet, but we could expect it to feature staple Android Go features such as a built in Assistant Button, Support for 4G as well as Go apps of popular apps such as maps and Youtube built in. According to Reliance's Chairman - Mukesh Ambani, the device is expected to be the cheapest smartphone going on sale in India and possibly one of the cheapest available worldwide. Alcatel has announced two new smartphones for 2021, the handsets powered by Android GO may not scream high performance, but for budget conscious buyers the affordable pricing will hopefully makeup for the performance deficit. Alcatel 1L pro  Priced at around $135, the 1L Pro offers a Octa core Unisoc SC9863A and 2GB of RAM with 32GB of onboard storage.The phone features a 6.1" HD+ resolution IPS display and has a 5MP front camera in a notch as well as a 13MP and 2MP rear camera array.The phone features a 3000 mAh battery. Alcatel 1 The Alcatel 1 is the bargain phone option of the duo, priced at $70, the phone packs a 5" FWVGA display and a Quadcore MediaTek MT6739 SOC with 1GB of RAM and 16GB of storage and is expandable (like the 1L pro) the front camera is 2MP and the rear features a single 5MP shooter.   Nokia has quietly announced their latest Android Go powered handset - the Nokia C20 Plus with Android 11 Go Edition. The handset on the outside (and the inside) is basically basic as you can get. Although not as Spartan as the C1 lineup, the handset does not bring much to the table as it is powered by a Unisoc SC9863A chipset and 3GB of RAM and 32GB storage with a MicroSD card slot. The display of the phone is said to be 6.5" and has a 720x1600 resolution IPS panel, the front sensor features a 5MP unit and the rear features a 8MP and 2MP depth sensor as well. Considering the phone's specs, the device will certainly be a battery king as it packs a 4950 mAh and 10W charging. Pricing for the phone is said to be EUR90 ($110) and ship starting June 16.
