Apple has announced their latest devices for 2021 in their September launch event named - California Streaming. The event, limited to an online presence featured the following announcements: Apple's iPhone's and new iPads are available for pre order and will ship on the 24th of September with iOS/iPadOS 15. iPhone 13 and 13 Mini. The iPhone 13 series is Apple's bread and butter smartphone as this is basically the entry Level model for those who don't want pro features or don't fancy pony up a thousand bucks for a smartphone that basically does 90% of the work. Like last year, Apple has kept the "mini" alive by announcing the iPhone 13 mini alongside the standard iPhone 13 model. At first glance, the handsets look similar to last year's offering with the exception of the rear camera placement which is diagonal instead of the standard vertical placement. Apple announces iOS 15  Apple's next major OS upgrade was announced at WWDC, the new update - which is still in beta form will be shipping to current iOS devices later this year, but for now let's look at some features of the upcoming update-  Notifications - Notifications have been updated with a new priority and summary stack view. Apple is also said to announce a new feature called Focus which will allocate every task according to set filters (eg - morning routine etc) and will intelligently stack them accordingly.  Apple is also set to announce a a live text feature in the camera to enhance text in photos and scanned documents.  Another feature is the addition of spatial audio for facetime, and groups for Facetime, and Facetime is now said to be available for Android and Windows devices - but it will be open through a web portal rather than an app  Quick-share Apple TV and Music links and play at the same time are also said to be coming to iOS15  Other ...

Apple leaks have been coming left and right during the past few weeks, with rumors of  next gen SOC powered Macbooks and even a new iPod touch leaking out, it would have been almost inevitable that the iPhone's design could be revealed eventually and now, thanks to FPT, these CAD drawings of the iPhone 13 and 13 Pro series are unofficially out.  The design of the new iPhone's come at a time when Apple has been going through a design renaissance of sorts, but due to inherited restrictions in technology and commitment to keep the lightning port, much of the "basic" design elements remain unchanged and thus the iPhone 13 will bring the same flat sides as the current model, but it will feature thinner bezels , a smaller front notch and camera unit with sensors placed diagonally on the 13, while the pro contains the LIDAR sensor which - although was said to be available on the regular iPhone model (according to one report) is sadly absent.
