Mediatek's 10 core wonder attracts attention from leading vendors

Mediatek is surely going in guns blazing with their all new 10 core  helios X20 chipset , the processor  , launched along side the equally impressive Helios X10 (8 core) chip has taken the industry by storm as the chipset boasts a whopping 10 64bit cores arrange in a tri-cluster format with 2 Cortex A72 cores taking center stage . The chip ,which is a direct competitor to the Snapdragon 820 (Qualcomm's next gen mobile processor) is now poised to compete in the marketing department as Mediatek has already grabbed the attention of some leading smartphone vendors and manufacturers who are looking for a cost effective yet flagship chipset for future products . Samsung might announce their 64Bit Exynos 5433 processor tomorrow
