Kobo Aura HD

Kobo has just revealed its new, limited-edition E Ink Reader that will be available for pre-order beginning tomorrow for the price of $169.99. The eReader is dubbed the Kobo Aura HD, and it will be available in 3 colors: Ivory, Espresso, and Onyx (White, Brown, and Black). This new eReader is what Wayne White, the EVP and GM of Devices for Kobo, calls, “The Porsche of eReaders”. He says that it pushes the boundaries of eReading, and is designed for those who are in the “driver’s seat of their eReading adventures.” The Kobo Aura HD features a 6.8-inch Pearl E Ink 265dpi touchscreen display, a 1GHz processor, which Kobo says “makes it the fastest eReader on the market,” 4GB of storage (with a microSD card slot for expandable storage of up to 32GB), two months of usage on a single charge, and many software features. TXTr Beagle E-Ink reader finally hits the American Shoreline with a price of $69

The Txtr Beagle is a ultra low price E-ink reader from Germany , The reader was originally priced at 10 Euros (or $13) but after a long wait ,its finally outside Europe,and... If the thought of a $13 digital reader excites you, the good news is that the device is now available to pre-order in the United States. The bad news? The device is somewhat more expensive than originally anticipated, with a cool $69 price tag. The price difference can be attributed to the fact that wireless carriers offer subsidies for the txtr beagle. One of the reasons this beagle tablet (originally) seemed so appealing was the incredibly low price. Without the $13 price tag, it's frankly somewhat lacking in features, at least compared to other devices on the market. For example, the Beagle doesn't support Wi-Fi or USB connectivity.
