Personally , i find  the Motorola Moto G to be the best bang for buck smartphone right now , the phone series , which started out as a  Nokia 520 rival from Motorola became instant success story for the then Google owned company  ,although the first model came in small onboard storage sizes and no LTE , it was quickly adopted by many users who wanted a secondary phone , and based on those reviews , the phone started to gain traction among first time buyers as well , later on , Motorola announced a 4G version with a expandable memory card slot and LTE comparability . As months went by , Motorola anounced a second gen Moto G (2014) -this phone has a larger display , better cameras , front firing speakers from the Moto E and a splash resistance certification ,this followed the path of the first gen Moto G and therefore it too had only 3G ,but apparently ,Motorola has anounced  the long awaited 4G version of the phone in Brazil without any noise on the subject . As explained in the earlier post , Nvidia has been planning to launch a successor to the Tegra Note 7 this year , the tablet , dubbed the "Shield tablet" is the second Nvidia product under the name Shield and like the Shield console of last year , the tablet will have some top specs and live streaming abilities that will surely get any gamer's attention . The Shield tablet is set to be unveiled tomorrow (22 July) and it will go on sale on the 29th of July in the US and 14th of August in Europe . The tablet , powered by Nvidia's Quad-Core variant of the Tegra K1 processor is clocked to 2.2 Ghz and it features Nvidia's *192 core  Kepler GPU along with 2GB of RAM .  The tablet will come with a 8"  1920x1200 resolution IPS display and it will have its very own stylus called the DirectStylus 2 . Update - Motorola Moto G (4G LTE) is official Tomorrow is said to be another big day for Motorola as they are planning to launch the Nokia X Killer / ultra low end Moto E and the highly anticipated LTE version of the Motorla Moto G . The Moto G as you all know , is a highly recommendable budget smartphone with high build quality and good specs for a affordable price , but LTE was not available at launch , so due to customer demand the company is said to roll out a Black and White "Universal LTE" versions at today's event. The phones however will be slightly expensive compared to the $180 base version of the GSM Moto G but it is said to be cheaper than the Dual-Sim Motorla G which costs about $225 , and according to a leaked picture from Amazon , the white LTE version is said to cost $219 which is a good deal considering that it comes unlocked . Just like the Samsung Galaxy S4, the Samsung Galaxy Note III is allegedly going to launch in a couple of versions each sporting a different chipset under the hood. Apparently, SamMobile has got hold of a list of countries to which Samsung is going to distribute the Galaxy Note III powered by the Exynos 5420 Octa chipset and the Snapdragon 800 variants. The Exynos 5420-powered Galaxy Note III is listed under the SM-N9000 model name, while the Galaxy Note III with Snapdragon 800 goes by the SM-N9005 name and it is the one to sport LTE connectivity. Unfortunately, the Exynos-one lacks 4G network support. Both versions are going to pack 3GB of snappy LPDDR3 RAM. Intel has shown off its new chips for tablets, smartphones, and LTE-enabled devices, with Silvermont, Bay Trail-T, and Merrifield all revealed at Computex 2013 today. Merrifield, due to show up in Intel-powered smartphones from early 2014, is the company’s next-gen smartphone platform, a 22nm Atom SoC that was, for today’s show, wrapped up in a new touchscreen reference design Intel was coy on specific details about the phone, and indeed about Merrifield, though did let slip a couple of elements the new Atom chip will bring. Unsurprisingly there’s talk of both more performance and more battery life; however, there’s also apparently an “integrated sensor hub” that will be used for “personalized services.” Intel hasn’t said exactly what those services might be – nor, indeed, what types of sensors will be included – but it does remind us of Motorola’s comments last week about the incoming Moto X, and how the company was looking to contextual understanding for its new range of phones...

Reliance Industries Limited (RIL) has decided to partner with Samsung to help build its upcoming 4G LTE network using the Korean company’s LTE platform technology. This partnership, which Samsung beat out rivals Huawei and Alcatel-Lucent for, goes beyond the scope of just a network technology alliance, but could also involve Samsung supplying handsets for RIL to use with its LTE network. According to the Times of India, to target the ever-increasing smartphone user base in the country, Samsung could release 4G LTE smartphones for as low as Rs 5,500 (~$100), which will certainly be very impressive, considering that’s around what a 3G-enabled smartphone with Android 2.3 or Android 4.0 on-board costs.
