Most of you heard about Lenovo's acquisition of Motorola at the start of the year , but the deal was not complete ,so much of that information , and the company's handset stratergy didn't change but now the company is officially owned by Lenovo . The famous Chinese OEM is the latest "Owner" of Motorola after the company was taken over (mostly patents) by Google for $12.9billion back in 2011. The new deal , which costs Lenovo $2.9 Billion , is said to be paid as $660 million in cash and the remainder in 3 years .
