As expected , the Xiaomi Redmi Note smartphone is official . The phone , or shall we say phablet , is quite a decent device for a small price .The Redmi will come in two variants , with the cheaper one packing a Octa-Core 1.4 Ghz chipset and 1GB Ram and the higher end version packing a 1.7 Ghz Octa-Core chipset with 2GB of RAM.The 1.4 Ghz and the 1.7GHz chipsets are of the Metdiatek MTK6592 Octa-Core variant , so nothing to complain much here . Both phones will pack a 5.5" IPS diaplay of the 720p variant and they will have Xiaomi's own MIUI interface with Android .
