Nikon has launched a upgraded version of their D810 DSLR with the aim of excelling in the field of Astrography . The new D810A features a IR cut-filter that can capture hydrogen alpha wavelengths of 656nm and therefore it can capture red hues of diffuse nebulae and other planets, moons and other celestial objects(with the help of telescopic Nikkor lenses -sold separately) . S4 Zoom from last year  AS you all know , Samsung is quite popular with experimental devices , but sometimes , some ideas do work well , and one such idea was the Galaxy Camera series but now after 2 generations the Galaxy Camera lineup has got another device lined up to take the flagship title and this is none other than the upcoming Galaxy S5 Zoom . According to rumored specs , the camera/phone/mediaplayer will have a 19MP rear camera and a front camera at 2MP with 1080p recording.The camera / phone hybrid also has a 4.8" 720p screen, probably a Super AMOLED. Back in January, Hasselblad teased its upcoming medium-format CMOS digital camera, and at the time very few details and no images were provided. The camera has now officially launched, and with it comes a gallery of images, the camera's full specifications, and price. With the H5D-50c comes a 50-megapixel CMOS medium-format sensor, making it the first fully integrated medium format shooter of its kind, says the maker. ISO range goes up to 6400, and there's 14 stops for high-dynamic range, assuring blowouts and shadows aren't too big of an issue. The shutter speed can be set at a lengthy 12 minutes, and up to 1.5 frames can be captured per second. Nikon has finally announced its latest flagship DSLR, the D4S. The camera was shown off a while back at CES while it was still in development but it is now finally official launched. With the D4S, Nikon has taken a page out of Apple’s book by taking their current flagship camera, the D4, and making it faster and adding an S to the name instead of making any dramatic changes. Speed has been given a priority and everything on the D4S is now faster. The autofocus is improved so that the camera now focuses faster. There is now a faster EXPEED 4 processor inside, which means time to process images is 30% shorter and you can also take more shots per second in burst mode, 11 fps to be precise, with autofocus and autoexposure. The faster processor also allows the D4S to shoot 1080p videos at 60 fps. Another improvement is with the ISO range, which now goes up to 409,600, twice that of the D4. Joining the newly unveiled Samsung WB350F compact camera  unveiled today at CES is the WB2200F, an all-together more hefty super zoom camera with an optical zoom rate of 60x and a dual-grip design. Though higher-end, the camera comes with all the social-centric goodies found on the smaller WB350F, so sharing images is not a hassle. The WB220F features a 16-megapixel backside-illuminated CMOS sensor, as well as a 20mm wide-angle lens and a 3-inch hVGA LCD. There's an electronic viewfinder, as well as I-Function for manual control. Samsung has introduced two new cameras today, among them being the WB350F compact zoom camera. As the name suggests, this latest compact Samsung entrant has a high room rate of 21x optical zoom. This is accompanied by a 23mm wide-angle lens and a variety of other noteworthy specifications, all of them working together to create an all-around higher-end point and shoot that could meet many consumers needs. The WB350F features a 16-megapixel backside-illuminated CMOS sensor, which -- as Samsung says -- means the camera should be able to hold its own in low-light situations. Beyond that, the unit also features a 3-inch hVGA touch-enabled LCD, while the camera itself measures in at about 113 x 65 x 25 millimeters and weighs, without battery, 216 grams. Sony has rolled out a new digital camera with interchangeable lenses at CES 2014. The camera is the a5000 ILCE-5000 and Sony says that it is the lightest interchangeable lens camera with WiFi built in. The camera is also very compact at less than 8 ounces. Sony's a5000 camera has a 20.1MP APS-C sensor that is paired with a new Bionz X processor. That is the same processor used in the Sony a7 and a7R full frame cameras. The camera's large APS-C sensor and the Bionz X processor work together to deliver high quality video and still photos. The a5000 has sensitivity up to ISO 16,000. The integrated WiFi connectivity allows the user to connect the camera to Xperia and NFC equipped Android smartphones for image transferring and sharing. Fujifilm has launched what it says is the world's first weather-resistant bridge camera called the FinePix S1. The S1 has a number of features that will make it appropriate for shooting images in any climate. The camera has a 50x zoom lens with image stabilization. The camera has a lens-body integrated design with sealing on around 70 different areas to allow use in the field without worrying about damage from rain or splashes. The lens is a Fujinon 50x optical zoom unit with 24-1200mm equivalent. The camera has a F2.8-F5.6 aperture range and a 3.0-stop lens-shift image stabilization function. S8600 Fujifilm has rolled out several new cameras today including the new FinePix S9400W, S9200, and S8600 digital cameras. Both the S9400W and S9200 are bridge cameras that feature 50x optical zoom lenses. They also both have the ability to record full HD resolution video. s9200 The cameras are nearly identical with the only difference being that the S9400W unit has integrated WiFi. The 50x zoom lens of the cameras is 24-1200mm equivalent and has F2.9-F6.5 maximum aperture settings. The cameras have a 1/2.3-inch 16.2MP CMOS sensor that is back-side illuminated. Samsung has just unveiled the successor of the Galaxy Camera - the Galaxy Camera 2. The upgrade includes new design, faster processor, double the RAM and storage, newer Android version and NFC connectivity. The Galaxy Camera 2 comes with a 1/2.3" BSI sensor with 16.3 MP effective resolution. There is also 21x optical zoom lens with and optical image stabilization. Going by the specs, this is the same sensor used in the first generation Galaxy Camera. Other features shared by the two generations include a pop-up xenon flash and a dedicated AF light. The video recording capabilities have remained unchanged too - you can shoot 1080p@30fps, 720p@60fps and 512p@120fps. Calling it a “modern classic,” Nikon has unveiled its new Df DSLR camera, a retro-designed FX-format shooter being targeted towards advanced photographers who need a lightweight FX-format camera. The design is built upon the foundation left by Nikon’s F series 35mm film cameras from days gone by, and is accompanied by technologies akin to that of the Nikon D4 DSLR. The Df DSLR features a 16.2-inch FX-format CMOS sensor, one said by Nikon to have been “inherited” by the D4. Under the hood, photographers will have access to the EXPEED 3 image processor. By combining the two, the maker promises high image quality with low-light shots being above what you’d get from an ordinary camera thanks to the large sensor used. We’ve already seen a bevy of “leaks”, renders, trailers, rumors, and speculation about the new Oppo N1, but now there’s something a little more concrete on the menu – an official image of the actual device, straight from Oppo. What does the promo tell us? First, we can see the slim bezels around the 5.9-inch display that Oppo has been touting. Nikon has created a new division to develop cameras competitive with the rise in smartphone photography, as the company watches its compact camera sales shrink in the face of the ubiquitous cellphone. The team – which is working with Nikon’s existing imaging division, president Makoto Kimura told Bloomberg – is hoping to “create a product that will change the concept of cameras” Kimura teased. A week before its scheduled announcement, the previously tipped Samsung Galaxy NX appeared in press and live images. The photos confirm that Samsung is about to release a mirrorless camera which boots Android – right in line with what Samsung’s CEO JK Shin told the press today. As you can see in the image above, the yet to be revealed Samsung Galaxy NX is way different from the Galaxy S4 Zoom. In terms of design, the Galaxy NX closely resembles the Samsung NX 20 – the DSLR styled member of the manufacturer’s line of enthusiast cameras.
