It looks like retailer Carphone Warehouse is desperately phasing out its Kindle Fire inventory from its online unit. Being sold for just £89, it’s a perfect opportunity for anyone who wants to try an Amazon tablet and the rich content ecosystem that comes with it.
By comparison, Amazon UK sells the Kindle Fire tablet for £129. That’s £40 in savings! CPW also lists the Kindle Fire HD at lowered prices, £139 and £195 for the 16GB and 32GB models, whereas Amazon UK officially offers them for £159 and £199, respectively.
The Kindle Fire is a 7” tablet with 1024 x 600 resolution. It comes with a dual-core, 1.2GHz OMAP 4430 CPU and an 8GB internal storage that’s supplemented by a free cloud storage. Sure enough, the specs are downright outdated what with all the available full-fledged Android tablets equipped with quad-core processors and bigger screen resolutions. But starting at a measly £89, you can have a working tablet from Amazon.Although its not a fire-Sale , the reduced cost might surely attract some people who want a device for their couch reading , and if you like one ..click here to Buy it online
