We are only one day away from the launch of the Samsung Galaxy S4 and rumors are really heating up , as the amount of hype increases , the demand for high specs's also goes sky high ,although most of the renders and specs are very ruminative , some might actually be true ,so , anyway here is a list of probable specifications for the Galaxy S4 ,which we thing might actually make it.
Design
A few days ago we saw a handset claiming to be the Galaxy S4 ,and a day later Samsung released a shiloutte image of the Galaxy S4 on twitter , and when you compare the photos , they look almost the same , so its quite possible that Samsung just modified the Existing Galaxy S3 design instead of going for a new layout ,and as usual you get the removable back pannel, the 2 capacitive keys and the single physical button , personally , i prefer a new design because Samsung's signature design is a bit boring and too cheap looking now compared to the offerings from rivals . The handset ,sadly is made out of the same squishy plastic as every other handset behind it , although we don't find plastic to be bad ,it would have been nice if they used a premium plastic or metal in the construction .
Display
One of the latest trends for 2013 is the 1080p 5" display size , although this screen size is too big for many users ,companies can't escape the trend ,so many companies went with the flow and put 5" displays in their high smartphones with the exception of HTC ,who added a 4.7" 1080p panel for the HTC One . Samsung however has faced the same challenge of keeping up to the Jones es and still being pocket able , and as far as rumors go , they will probably stick with the 5" stock size (4.99 " is also possible) and will include a 1080p resolution using the new "PHOLED" - "Phosphorescent Organic LED" -which is a modified version Of the S-AMOLED (Super Active Matrix OLED) , PHOLED technology is said to be 25% power efficent than the SAMOLED displays on the Note 2 and the S3 ,so there is a very high possibility of seeing a 1080p PHOLED pannel on the S4 .
Processor , RAM , Storage ,Battery
Samsung announced the Exynos 5 octa - Quad core chipset at CES ,although it is technically a 8 Core chip ,the chipset 2 entirely different sets of cores comprising of 4 Cortex A15's and 4 Cortex A7's . The Chipset gets its work done using the Quad core A15's , so most of the time it is a Quad Core phone , and when its in idle or running music , the low power Cortex A7's kick in , saving power - This technology is called Big.Little and is developed by ARM , Performance wise the Octa will surely be epic , although we are not sure whether the chipset will be able to beat the Nvidia Tegra 4 and its colossal antutu score of 36000 , the chipset will still have alot of respect for itself . The GPU for the Exynos Octa is confirmed to be the PowerVr SGX544MP3 , which puts it at around 51.1 GFLOPS making the Exynos octa stand somewhere between the Apple A5X ,A6 and the Apple A6x in GPU performance .

There are also rumors that American LTE carriers will get a slightly different chipset in their Galaxy S4 .The Chipset is rumored to be the Snapdragon S600 Quad - Core processor , which is already powering devices such as the HTC One and the Optimus G pro ,the reason for this change might be the fact that Qualcomm's LTE processors might be conflicting with the Octa's processor design . This however is a rumor and most probably the Americans will also get the Octa chipset instead
The Samsung Galaxy S4 will come with 2 GB of RAM (based on the current trend) and will feature 16-32-64 GB onboard storage options as well as External storage - SD Card capabilities
Battery is rumored to be a Li-ION 2600 mAh battery and Wireless charging support
Camera and Software
According to a leak from a Israeli website , The Galaxy S4 will come with a 13 megapixel BSI sensor. There are rumors of 3D technology for the camera as well , but we think this is probably the image being rendered to 3D viewing format (Sony had a similar feature in their 2011 flaghsip devices where the image can be saved to 3d for Viewing on a 3D television )
The front camera is said to be a 2 Megapixel 1080p sensor with the a new eye tracking feature .
Software wise , the Galaxy S4 will come with Android 4.2 out of the box and will feature a new version of TouchWiz nature UX (we are not big fans of TouchWiz to be honest)
Thoughts...
The Samsung Galaxy S series is considered to be the Champion fighter for Samsung and the Android platform as a whole , since it's inception in 2010 , the series was responsible for promoting the Android platform to millions of people and eventually ending the Apple iPhone dominated Smartphone market . Although Samsung ruled 2011-2012 without any proper competition , this year , the competition has really gone to town ,and pumped out some awesome devices such as the Optimus G pro , HTC One and the new Xperia Z series which might actually cause a bit of a problem to the upcoming flagship -The specs are very good , but upto now , its not as groundbreaking , Android has now progressed to a point where monster specs are not really necessary and it all matters down to design and usability , sadly the rumors indicate the device to be a follow up to the S3 rather than a completely new innovation , but who knows , all these rumors might even turn out to be wrong and we might even see a premium device ,but anyway , The Galaxy S4 will still sell in the millions ,but most users will probably look at other options too . so it will be all down to how well the marketing is done .
