In the Good old days , The Porsche boxter and the Cayman were regarded to be more of a "economy class"
ticket into the world of rear engined German motoring in which the 911 was always named king .
The two after living under the shadows of the 911 slowly evolved their own unique identities and
this got them some high praise over the last few years .And today , Porsche announced their latest
versions of the Boxter and the Cayman with the tag GTS .

The Porsche GTS models are usually a one up to the standard S models ,this means that the engines are
tuned for more horsepower , and in this case , both will still have the standard 3.4 Liter F6 (Flat-six)
but now both are tuned to deliver 15 more horsepower than the standard S variants . The Boxter GTS produces 330 Bhp and 273 pound-feet of Torque , and the Cayman GTS produces 340 Bhp with 280lb-feet of torque.The Boxter GTS is set for 0-62mph in 4.4 seconds and the Cayman GTS hits it at 4.3 . Both models will come with 6-speed manual transmission but you can also opt for the the dual clutch Porsche PDK transmission as well . Both will come with Porsche's Sport Chrono package and the PASM (Porsche Active suspension management system) as standard (claps). The PASM can adjust damper stiffness and the throttle dynamics of the Engine .while the chrono package reduces mass transfer by using adaptive engine mounts which stiffen when cornering , braking or acclerating .As usual the Porsche options list includes a sports chassis setup , which will lower the car by 20mm .

As i was saying early on , The new Boxter and the Cayman are both developing their own unique identities ,and the GTS series will surely add more to that . In order to differentiate the GTS versions , Both the Boxter and the Cayman GTS will have 2o inch alloys with 235/35 front and 265/35 rear tires. The front and rear bumpers are also modified and the bi-xenon headlamps have been given a darkened look . The interior will feature a leather upholstery with Alcantara trim .So..how much are these two ..well the Boxter GTS is priced at 52879 GBP and the Cayman GTS is priced at 55,397
GBP .

Apple has announced their latest iteration of the iPad (entry level model) and the iPad Pro lineup with the new M2 processor.
