LG G3 is official , 5.5 inches of brilliance (UPDATED)



The LG G3 is finally offical , and yes folks , the LG G3 takes the cup as the most leaked device to date . The phone replaces the LG G2 as LG's official flagship phone until something better comes out by the end of the year. The phone , being a flagship , faces tough competition from companies like HTC, Samsung , Sony and New startups like Oneplus . The phone however , as advertised by LG is said to feature some specs to set it apart from the rest . Apart from the metal body , which weighs just 140grams and measures in at a slightly pocket friendly (for a phablet )146.3 x 74.6 x 8.9mm .Apart from its looks, One of the first features you can see is the 5.5" IPS display which has a Quad-HD resolution (2K @2560x1440) . The display packs a impressive 538 ppi which is currently the highest pixel density this year . Being a flagship phone means that you have to have the latest in specs , and the LG G3 is no exception because it too has joined the Snapdragon 801 bandwagon with its own processor clocked to 2.3Ghz , The G3 has Adreno 320 GPU and it has 3GB of ram in the 32GB version which can be expanded to another 128GB via a MicroSD card slot . The phone's second main feature is its camera , which is of a 13 Megapixel variant . The camera has Optical image stabilization (OIS) and it has a laser autofocus sensor that aims and fixes the focus on a certain object in a mater of seconds . The camera features the usual top of the range specs which include 4K video recording , HDR, Panaroma , a whole pallet of instagram like features and the usual smile, and different facial recognition software, the main camera is backed up by a secondary camera which is of the1080p, 2.1MP variant .







On the software side , The LG G3 runs on Android 4.4 Kitkat . The new LG ui joins the flat icon trend with its own interface which is said to be more personal towards it user . The phone basically learns from you, so as you guessed , it is a Voice assistant for LG. The ui features the usual LG features like Knock and other effects which we will look at after the specs are properly detailed out , so with features like this and some high end specs ,the battery is
the second biggest thing many users worry about , well worry not , The LG G3 has a 3000mAh battery ,which is removable (big yay!) , The phone like most of its high end rivals features 4G out of
the box , Wifi 802.11 ac/a/b/g/n ,NFC, bluetooth 4.0 lE , GPS/Glonass ,barometric pressure data and
slimport usb 3.0 with USB Otg . The phone is said to be available in 120+ countries and the US will get it through AT&T , Verizon and it will be available globally in June , pricing is not yet available , but we will update it asap.

UPDATE - Prices - The LG G3 will cost $600 unlocked , the device will be available in the UK for preorder at GBP499. The LG G3 will be available on Sprint as well

iPad (2022) and iPad Pro with M2 announced

Apple has announced their latest iteration of the iPad (entry level model) and the iPad Pro lineup with the new M2 processor.
