Meizu MX4

Although its not famous as its brother - Xiaomi , Meizu , another Chinese OEM that runs under Western smartphone market radar annually launches its flagship smartphone in the MX class, and this year , Meizu has launched the MX4 , (do not confuse this with the Xiaomi Mi4) . The MX4 , unlike the Mi3 , the MX4 features a octa core chipset developed by Mediatek . the Mediatek M6595 processor features 2 - 4 core islands with the first set -  4 A17 cores clocked to 2.2Ghz followed by 4 1.7ghz  Cortex A7 cores along with 2GB of LPDDR3 ram and PowerVR G9200 . The display , which features a odd resolution of 1152x1920 and a screensize of 5.36" is probably the first of its type on a smartphone as it features a 15:9 aspect ratio , the display has a Gorilla Glass 3 layer as protection .The phone runs on android 4.4.4 with flyme 4 skin/mod on top .The phone features a 20mp Sony Exmor R sensor that is capable of 4K video recording . the camera features a dual LED setup and it has a 2mp camera for front facing calls . The phone , which features LTE Cat 4 and 4 positioning systems - U.S  - GPS ,Russia's  Glonass system  , Japan's Quasi-Zenith satellite system and China's own Bediou constellation . the phone will have a magnesium-aluminium alloy unibody that restricts the removal of the 3100 mAh battery and expandable storage . The phone instead has a built in storage option in the form of 16/32/64GB with three color options ranging from gold , grey and white . the phone will be priced at CNY 1,799 (€225)and 32GB for CNY 1,999 (€250), 64GB variant will be CNY 2,399 (€300)and all phones will go on sale (Only in China) starting on the 20th of this month .

HTC One to sell as TD 101 at China Mobile
