CES 2016 - Samsung Galaxy TabPRO S with Windows 10

Samsung has announced a new Windows 10 based tablet/laptop hybrid for 2016 - The Galaxy TabPRO S is a Intel powered device with a 12" display aimed at taking on products such as the iPad Pro and Microsofts Surface line of large screen hybrid devices .



The TabPRO S  series gets its name from the TabPro series of Android tablets which were decomissioned last year , the name Galaxy is usually reserved for Android devices , but Samsung has had some problems marketing ATIV so the Galaxy brand would probably appeal a lot better to the general market .The tablet features a 12" 2160x1440 Super AMOLED display ,Windows 10 Home or Windows 10 Pro as well as  a 6th gen Intel Core M processor clocked to 2.2 Ghz with 4GB of RAM . The tablet/hybrid has a 128GB/256SSD option and it also has a optional keyboard accessory complete with a touchpad (included in the retail box) . The cameras on the TabPro S are - 5MP rear , 5MP front . The tablet also supports LTE as well as a whole set of sensors including a GPS /Glonass navigation sensor . The Tablet features a 5200 mAh battery and it will be sold officially starting this February . Prices for this hybrid device are not available as of now .

iPad (2022) and iPad Pro with M2 announced

Apple has announced their latest iteration of the iPad (entry level model) and the iPad Pro lineup with the new M2 processor. The event, held on the 18th of October as a recorded session displayed the key features of the iPads with the most significant being the base model iPad which has now received an upgrade. iPad 2022 This model of the base model iPad ditches the almost 12 year old home button and display layout and goes for a cleaner display only design found on the iPad Air .
