Sony Xperia Ace 2 leaks out

Sony is said to announce an "affordable" small screen smartphone to its Xperia lineup. The device - named Xperia Ace 2, is said to be powered by a Mediatek Helio MT6765 chipset and consist of 4GB of RAM. The base storage is said to be 64GB and the display is also rumored to be in the 5" range with a somewhat low 1496x720 resolution. The phone is said to to be available as an affordable - non 5G smartphone for Japanese carriers (possibly not outside Japan) and is expected to retail for around JPY 48600.

iPad (2022) and iPad Pro with M2 announced

Apple has announced their latest iteration of the iPad (entry level model) and the iPad Pro lineup with the new M2 processor. The event, held on the 18th of October as a recorded session displayed the key features of the iPads with the most significant being the base model iPad which has now received an upgrade. iPad 2022 This model of the base model iPad ditches the almost 12 year old home button and display layout and goes for a cleaner display only design found on the iPad Air .
