Samsung Galaxy Z fold 3 and Z flip 3 leak out.

The age of foldable smartphones are upon us, although many of these devices are yet to prove their durability in the long run, their appeal however has made many smartphone OEMs develop their own versions as Samsung seems to be reigning supreme in the category with both a foldable-mini tablet esqe device - Z fold and a flip phone named the Z flip which will feature dual cameras and a second display for notifications when you don't want to flip up your folding display.

The new leaks come at  a time when Samsung is ramping up production of these two devices with around 50-70,000 units produced per day according to one report. The new leaks of the almost official looking images show both the Z flip 3 and the larger Z fold 3 as well as a Z fold 3 with a dedicated S-Pen.

The new Z fold 3 is possibly the king of the hill in Samsung's lineup as it packs top of the line hardware with at least a Snapdragon 888 Soc with around 12GB. RAM and 256GB to 512GB of internal storage and pack a triple camera setup like the ones on the Galaxy S21 lineup. The main star of the fold is its display which is expected to be around 7.5" on the folding side and possibly contain an in-display front camera as well as support for a "Fold edition" S-Pen stylus. The front will carry a traditional display along with a selfie punch hole camera and both of these could be around 120Hz, oh and the new devices are said to carry some splash and dust IP resistance as well.

Announcement of the duo are still under wraps, but with Samsung ramping up production- even in a time of a global chip shortage, inducates that the announcement dates are around the corner and thus one can expect to see them in a few months (Unless Samsung goes all out on their Special Galaxy event on the 28th of June).

HTC One to sell as TD 101 at China Mobile

HTC decided to invest in such a brand by launching the One series of smartphones last year, although the company was not able to impose its own product names to certain carriers. Then, just a few days ago, the company launched the HTC One, which is going to be the company’s only One-branded handset this year, a make-or-break kind of project for the Taiwanese Android maker that’s still having a tough time fighting against the competition, especially Samsung. We were under the impression that HTC will further invest in its One brand and not budge to carrier demands anymore when it comes to changing the name of the product – in the U.S., AT&T, Sprint and T-Mobile are going to sell it as the HTC One. But it looks like things aren’t necessarily so, and no, it’s not Verizon that’s going to get its way selling the One as the Droid DNA Plus, as it was recently rumored. We’re looking at China Mobile this time around, which has announced the HTC One as the HTC TD 101. That’s certa...
