Nokia announces G60 5G, X30 5G, C31 and Nokia T21 tablet


Nokia have announced 4 new Android 12 powered devices to its lineup - the Nokia G60 5G, Nokia X30 5G, Nokia C31 and the Nokia T21 Tablet.All devices stay true to Nokia heritage with MicroSD expansion and come with Android 12 with the X30 and G60 set to receive 3 major OS updates 

Nokia X30 5G


The X30 5G is Nokia's highest specced device in the latest announcement , the device, powered by a Snapdragon 695 5G soc, it has two memory and storage options with 6GB/128GB or 8GB 256GB RAM and Storage options respectively. The 256GB variant is UFS 3.0 so expect high speed data transfers.

The display consists of a 6.43" Amoled panel with 90hz refresh rate and is FHD+ resolution and has Gorilla glass Victus protection as well as a notch for the 16mp selfie camera. The rear of the phone consists of a 50MP main sensor with 1/1.56" sensor size and OIS and it has a 13MP ultra wide sensor as well. The phone has a  4200 mAh battery and has 33W fast charging as well. the device comes with IP67 dust and water resistance as well. Price is said to start at $529.

Nokia G60 5G













The Nokia G60 5G is powered by a Snapdragon 695 5G soc, it has three memory and storage options with 6GB/128GB or 4GB 128GB  and an even lower tier 4GB  64GB RAM and Storage options respectively.The device has splash resistance only. 

The display consists of a 6.58" IPS panel with 120hz refresh rate and is FHD+ resolution and has Gorilla glass 5 protection as well as a  v notch for the 8mp selfie camera. The rear of the phone consists of a 50MP main sensor with 1/2.5" sensor size  and it has a  5MP ultra wide sensor and 2MP depth sensor as well. The phone has a  4500 mAh battery and has 20W fast charging as well. Prices are said to start at $319.

Nokia C31
















The Nokia C31 is powered by a Unisoc 9863A  soc, it has three memory and storage options with 4GB/128GB or 4GB 64GB  and an even lower tier 3GB 32GB RAM and Storage options respectively.The device has splash resistance only. 

The display consists of a 6.75" IPS panel with 720p resolution and has a U notch for the 5mp selfie camera. The rear of the phone consists of a 13MP main sensor 2MP macro and 2MP depth sensor as well. The phone has a  5050 mAh battery and prices are said to start at $129.

Nokia T21 Tablet 












The Nokia T21 is powered by a Unisoc Tiger T612  soc, it has two memory and storage options with  4GB 64GB  of 4GB 128GB  RAM and Storage options respectively.The device has splash resistance and a slot for a built in Stylus. 

The display consists of a 10.4" IPS panel with 1200x2000 resolution. The tablet comes with a 8mp selfie camera and a 8MP main sensor. The tablet comes with a 8200mAh battery and prices are said to start at $129.

Nokia Clarity Earbuds 2 




Nokia also announced their new ANC enabled earbuds 2. The new earbuds kit, which has a 500 mAh battery and 60 mAh per earbud  can deliver upto 28 hours of playback and are IPX4 sweat resistant.

Nokia Wireless Speaker 2


The new Wireless speaker 2, which retails for EUR 58, are said to pack IPX7 water resistance, 22 hours of playback and a passive subwoofer and 5w speakers in a familiar shape and an eco friendly packaging.

iPad (2022) and iPad Pro with M2 announced

Apple has announced their latest iteration of the iPad (entry level model) and the iPad Pro lineup with the new M2 processor. The event, held on the 18th of October as a recorded session displayed the key features of the iPads with the most significant being the base model iPad which has now received an upgrade. iPad 2022 This model of the base model iPad ditches the almost 12 year old home button and display layout and goes for a cleaner display only design found on the iPad Air .
