Nokia's Cyan update (Windows 8.1) is now rolling out ,coming to your Lumia in the next few weeks

Notice - Cyan update for Lumia devices running Windows Phone 8.1 developer preview have been suspended due to a number of devices getting bricked . Many might wonder what the Nokia Cyan update means , well technically , it is Windows Phone 8.1 , the Cyan name only comes for Nokia devices with added features their Lumia lineup of smartphones and Phablets .The latest update is already available on the Lumia 630 and 930 out of the box ,but now ~~selected~~ Lumia phones are eligible for the update . Devices such as the Lumia 520 will get the update but some features might not work compared to better performing Lumia devices , Microsoft/Nokia however has made Here+ Drive free for the Lumia 520 and its relations - Lumia 525, 620 and 720 .Nokia's 1520 and Lumia Icon however are said to receive preferential treatment in the form of better audio quality , better camera software with support for RAW DNG format , Wireless screening to smart Tv's and smart projectors and sensor data sync for fitness apps and other gadgets .

The Windows Phone 8.1 update is one of the biggest updates for the platform since its conception and includes features that truly make it worthy of competing against rival smartphone platforms such as iOS and Android .Windows Phone 8.1 features the ability to set background wallpapers ,access quick menu toggles in the notification center ,improvements in the Internet Explorer 11 browser and the natural voice assistant "Cortana" which uses Microsoft's Bing search.

Nokia has added some of their own touches to the update including Nokia Camera , Nokia story teller and Nokia Creative Studio 6 which will be available as a separate download .The Lumia Cyan update will start its rollout today and it will go on until the next few weeks as update schedules vary according to region .

Poco has announced their latest handsets today - the Poco M5 and M5s for 2022.

The M5, powered by a helio G99 processor comes with 4GB of storage and has 64/128GB of internal storage and you can also get a 6GB Ram with 128GB storage as well. Nikon 850 gets leaked ......does the top feature a hybrid EVF?

Obtained by NikonRumors , these two leaked press images give us the first look into what the Nikon D850 actually looks like . TL:DR - Nikon D850 has a larger penta-prism buldge on top , and it no longer features a pop up flash . The bulge will feature connectivity options (Wifi ? Bluetooth and NFC? GPS?) rather than a hybrid EVF(as rumored by many) as locking up the mirror for on sensor detection is still in its infancy ) . Nikon will implement this technology in the future once the tech improves and costs drop down , but by that time they will just feature a Mirrorless lineup as well. Although the new D850 shares the same DNA as its predecessor ,The first leaked images show us that the buttons are now illuminated , this is great for all those "Astrographers" who struggle with finding which is which on the 810 series as backlighting was left out .
